Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) invites you to celebrate Massage is for EveryBody next week July 16-22, 2023. Join us in celebrating INCLUSIVITY and DIVERSITY during July-and every month! For more than two decades, ABMP has carved out space to specifically promote the importance of bodywork.
💸 ABMP is giving away TEN $1,000 awards to practitioners who live values of:
1️⃣ Advocating for the powerful physical and emotional benefits of massage and bodywork
2️⃣ Supporting and advocating for efforts that bring massage and bodywork to underserved populations
3️⃣ Spreading awareness of career options in the massage and bodywork profession
4️⃣ Honoring the healing role practitioners play in our communities
5️⃣ Emphasizing the importance of self-care, including receiving regular bodywork, for massage therapists and bodyworkers, and their clients
Practitioners can submit a video link (under two minutes) or written essay (300 words or less) to https://www.abmp.com/massage-is-for-everybody-awards telling ABMP how you support one or more of the #MassagelsForEveryBody guiding principles in your practice.
Deadline: August 15, 2023. Winners will be announced in October.
